I placed my order for two LaFuma reclining chairs on a Saturday without expedited shipping preferring the standard (free) shipping. I received an order confirmation that same day promising to ship within 24 - 48 hours and delivery 2 - 6 business days later. I was pleasantly surprised when one of my chairs arrived on Wednesday and the other Thursday. These chairs are wonderful! And I saved about $50 per chair over local store prices! In short, I would recommend ComfortChannel.com without reservation and will order from them again in the future.

Just wanted to let you know how happy I am with the Cincher Posture Back Support I received. I'm a 50 year old nurse who works 12 hour shifts and have tried various back support devices over the years and was never satisfied with them. They were usually either too bulky or too uncomfortable and I'd end up throwing them in the drawer where they really did me a whole heck of a lot of good there! But this Cincher Posture Back Support is exactly what I was looking for. I put it on and it feels "customized" to fit my body. And I haven't stood this straight in years! The lumbosacral support is excellent without being uncomfortable in the process! Thank you - I love it!

Dear Customer Care Team Member - Thanks for allowing me to comment on your product, the HangUps inversion table. In three words --- I love it! I assembled it in less than 20 minutes (I had to take my time due to a chronic back problem. This unit was no lightweight!). Once assembled, you know I had to try it out! After reading the instruction book, the contraindications and with the advice of my Chiropractor (who, in fact, requested this unit --- based on my inquiry --- from my Worker's Compensation Insurance carrier), I set the unit to rotate 45 degrees and tried it out for 5 minutes. (I was aiming for ten, but I need to get used to the feeling of anti-gravity!). Immediately I felt my lower back, sacroiliac joints and hip joints begin to release! It was almost magical! I'm hooked and have dedicated myself to a lifetime of using the HangUps unit. Although I don't expect years of chronic pain to disappear overnight, I am hopeful that it won't be years for the effects of anti-gravity to do their magic on a back that has what mine has --- two herniated discs, SI dysfunction and hip joint adhesions. It can only help me, this I know for sure. On the product itself, I can only congratulate the makers of it to no end. Take it from me. I'm an Inspector in the manufacturing field and work with tolerances to .00005". The HangUps is perfectly balanced due to its weight distribution, I'm sure. Kudos to the engineers on that job! So to wrap things up, my shopping experience with the Comfort Channel was most pleasant. I really didn't expect to receive the unit for at least two to three weeks; so getting it in seven days was a nice surprise! I'll not hesitate to recommend Comfort Channel to friends, family and co-workers, and especially to health care professionals. (In fact, I printed out the HangUps unit's description and gave it to my Chiropractor to look over. He's keeping it for future reference). Thank you again and best wishes for a healthy life.
