The Stamina® 38-inch Mini BodyShaping® Trampoline is a mini jogging and workout trampoline designed for those who find larger trampolines intimidating. It’s just right for use in your bedroom, or family room, maybe even your cubicle. It’s small size and safety rail makes it a good choice for kids who love to bounce on their beds (saving your new mattress!). Measuring slightly over 3 feet across in diameter and eight inches from the ground, this exercise mini trampoline from the company that brought you Pilates, allows you to achieve a progressive "Rebounding" workout program.
With a “Rebounding” program, you can avoid “impact” as much as 87 percent. The four-foot-tall adjustable support rail with soft rubber grip adds safety for those who feel uncomfortable balancing on trampolines. Once you have mastered your balance, add dumbbells or weights to advance to a more inclusive cardiovascular and skeletal workout. Ideal for people with knee and back problems and valuable in building bone mass, thus helping to prevent osteoporosis.
