Stable welded tripod legs and raised rim will support most large cooking pots. The adjustable high to low burner temperature regulator is UL listed and is placed on the end of the flexible three foot hose by the LP propane tank (not included). At 21 inches in height, you won't have to break your back to cook up delights. This Brinkman cooker and fryer comes with a 2 gallon heavy gauge aluminum pan and a nickel plated frying basket. Both the pan and basket have long handles and the pan has a drain hook to hang the basket on while your fries or chicken drains.
