The arms are constructed of sturdy aircraft-quality aluminum, require no vertical arms or braces, and will not rust.
Hidden inside the SunSetter Awning roller is a reliable Somfy® motor which extends and retracts the awning at the touch of a button. The SunSetter Motorized Retractable "PRO" Patio Awnings includes 2 special features: A remote control to open or close your awning from almost anywhere, and a built-in weather breaker that can be rolled out of the front bar for additional protection from the sun and wind. The weather breaker rolls down up to 5 feet.
The SunSetter Awnings Patio Shade material is a 100% waterproof 5-layer fabric that blocks out both sun and rain. Double layers of pigmentation ensure the fabric will hold color and resist fading. A protective coating of acrylic on each side stands up to UV rays and wear and tear. It's also very easy to clean. The Motorized Retractable Patio Awnings material is also flame and mildew resistant.
This patio awning is available widths from 10 feet to 18 feet. Please see measuring instructions above. The 10 and 11 foot retractable awnings extend to 9 feet, while those 12 feet and up extend to 10 feet, 2 inches.
