The Lumbar Extender has 3 levels of stretching that help relieve muscles and ligaments that have been overstretched due to poor posture or excessive activity.
When beginning use of the Lumbar Extender you should always start with Level One, even if you are very active and in shape. Simply lay down slowly on the Lumbar Extender and enjoy the muscle and tension release in your shoulders, back and chest. It is recommended that you try and lie on the Lumbar Extender for at least 5 minutes twice a day.
