The Porter Case Hook Accessory Strap is designed to snap onto a "D" ring and will allow you to attach another travel case (computer, briefcase, etc.) to the outside of your PC II or Elite Porter Case Luggage when in the Tote position. The adjustable snap buckle will hold another case with a safe secure grip.
