Detailed Product Description:
Whynter's four-in-one swamp cooler is a cooler, fan, air purifier and a humidifier. The environmentally friendly swamp cooler works
without a compressor or Freon.
Fill the two gallon water tank with regular tap water. A 'wick curtain' sucks water up from the tank where the three speed fan can blow
across the wick, sending cool air out into the room. The water wicking curtain creates negative ions to eliminate germs and bacteria. When
one of the two frozen ice packs is placed in the water tank, the fan blows colder air out of the swamp cooler. As the air is blown over the wick,
the water in the wick evaporates, releasing humidified air into the room.
The Whynter ST-588 uses an activated carbon filter that can be washed for longer use.
