HELPFUL HINTS:

• This heated fleece massage table pad should aways remain flat, never folded or rolled while in use - excessive heating may occur
• Cord should be at head of table
• Do not allow cord to become pinched
• Operate on 120 Volt AC (alternating current) circuit only
• Do not crush, avoid sharp folds; bunching or folding can cause overheating
• Turn off electric current when the fleece pad is not in use
• Do not use sharp objects on the fleece pad, they may damage the heating element
• Do not use this pad on electric circuit over 125V A.C.

  Maintenance should include a careful and periodic examination of Fleece Pad. If the pad shows sign of deterioration (such as blistering or cracking), contact your Authorized Earthlite Dealer.

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY: We warrant this appliance to be free from manufacturing defects for one (1) year from date of original purchase. If the appliance fails due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period:
