Zabuton Meditation Mats are designed to give you better comfort and support for deeper meditation. Some meditation practices can be lengthy, lasting for multiple hours. However, sitting meditation should not be painful. The Zabuton Mat is handmade from premium fabric and is filled with pure cotton batting to provide a cushioned surface for your ankles and legs, enabling stress-free meditation. The Zabuton Meditiation Pillows come with a removable washable high tread count brushed cotton twill shell in natural, purple, navy, black, and denim; hemp fabric is also available.

How to Care for your Meditation and Yoga Mat
The Zabuton Yoga Meditation Mat has a cotton-pleated shell that has a zipper opening, enabling you to easily change or remove the shell for washing. The cotton batting cannot be removed and does not need to be. Just the cover should be washed.
You can also spot clean the shell, but if the cotton batting gets thoroughly saturated with water while spot cleaning, it is recommended that you dry the pillow in the sun. Follow same directions for organic cotton and hemp fabric shells.
