Fitness Circle Flow DVD

Work with internationally recognized instructor Moira Merrithew to target and challenge arms and legs with this outstanding yet lightweight resistance tool. You’ll also get the added advantage of strengthening and activating support systems throughout the body. The DVD is 84 minutes long with a 30 minute pilates workout. 31 exercises are coverd plus basic principles and a warm up.

This dynamic and quick-paced Stott Pilates Fitness Circle workout will leave you feeling flexible, strong and empowered. The DVD is 87 minutes long with a 31 minute pilates workout. 32 exercises are covered plus basic principles and a warm up.

Offering more intensity, Fitness Circle Challenge takes it up a notch. This workout will challenge your strength, flexibility and endurance, developing the core stability that is vital for optimal fitness. The DVD is 90 minutes long with a 32 minute pilates workout. 30 exercises are covered.
