STOTT PILATES Arc Barrel Deluxe can assist in modifying exercises to increase or decrease challenge during your pilates exercise routine. Ideal for rehab and to assist with matwork exercises. This pilates barrel has a gentle curve that helps with spinal decompression, lengthening of the spine, improving posture, and developing balance and control. In contrast to the Arc Barrel, the deluxe version is reinforced with a wood frame making this a very sturdy pilates barrel. Handles on each side provides additional ease during exercises. If you are looking for a workout barrel that is more portable and lightweight, try STOTT PILATES Arc Barrel. The Deluxe Arc Barrel includes an instructional pilates video for the Arc Barrel and Arc Barrel Deluxe.
Arc Barrel Workout DVD
Acclaimed mind-body fitness authority Moira Merrithew guides you through a series of exercises and variations using the Arc Barrel to isolate, stretch and strengthen the deep postural muscles of the body.
