Included with the Spine Supporter barrel is a pilates workout video to help you get started with your Pilates routine.
Spine Supporter and Corrector Pilates DVD
Ideal for those who suffer from neck and shoulder tension or who are in the early stages of pregnancy, the Spine Supporter workout targets the abdominals, while providing support to the spine. This pilates video contains workouts for the Spine Supporter Barrel and the Spine Corrector Barrel. The DVD is 171 minutes long with a 39 minute Spine Corrector workout covering 18 exercises and a 18 minute Spine Supporter workout covering 26 exercises.
